Four Seasons Resort Marrakech appointed Jean-Denis Rieubland as Executive Chef in 2026, bringing a Meilleur Ouvrier de France distinction and a career that includes Le Chantecler at Le Negresco in Nice, La Tour d'Argent in Paris, and other celebrated French kitchens. He oversees the resort's full culinary program, including the Zest Rooftop Lounge, Quattro Restaurant and Bar, Azzera Restaurant and Bar, and Inara Restaurant and Lounge.

The appointment follows a period of steady investment. The resort unveiled renovated spaces including the Presidential Suite and a Four-Bedroom Royal Villa in spring 2025, won three 2025 World Travel Awards as Morocco's Leading City Hotel, Africa's Leading Luxury Resort, and Morocco's Leading Luxury Resort, and earned Green Key certification in 2026.

Set across gardens on the edge of Marrakech with views toward the Atlas Mountains, the resort pairs Moorish design with a genuinely serious culinary ambition.
