Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge Opens Cooper's Cut Steakhouse

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge took its current name in October 2024, seven years after opening, a rebrand from Ten Trinity Square that kept the same landmark building and ownership while introducing new experiences such as private Thames river tours and after-hours access to Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. The change gave the hotel a name that finally matches its riverside setting.

Dining has always been a strength here, led by the two-Michelin-starred La Dame de Pic London from Chef Anne-Sophie Pic alongside the Asian restaurant Mei Ume. In early 2026 the hotel added Cooper's Cut, a contemporary steakhouse under newly appointed Executive Chef Luke Armstrong, broadening the range from haute French gastronomy to something more convivial and grill-focused.

The hotel retained its Forbes Five-Star status in the 2025 Star Awards and unveiled the Skyline Penthouse, a five-room residence with a wraparound terrace over the City of London. Between the rebrand, the new steakhouse, and the penthouse, the property has spent the period reinforcing its position among the capital's top addresses.
