Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach reopened its Mercury Rooftop lounge with a full redesign, trading its previous look for a liquid-gold and dark-blue palette with new lighting and sound, which general manager Leonardo Baiocchi described as a new era for the venue. The relaunch gives the beachfront resort a renewed evening destination above the city.
The rest of the dining program moved in step. Jou Jou Brasserie introduced weekly fire-grilled coastal barbecue nights, Sea Fu launched a Breakfast by the Sea service, and Executive Pastry Chefs Nicolas Lambert and Andrea Bonaffini collaborated on a bespoke Euro-Thai afternoon tea, giving guests reasons to move through the resort's venues across the day.
Set directly on the sand in the Jumeirah district with views toward the Burj Al Arab, the resort retained its Forbes Five-Star status for 2026. The Mercury redesign is the clearest sign of a property continuing to refine an already-strong food and beverage identity.
