Bvlgari Resort Dubai transforms Il Caffè into La Terrazza each summer, an immersive seasonal concept inspired by the Italian summer that runs from June 16 through September 30, 2026. Set on the resort's private seahorse-shaped island off Jumeirah, the resort has increasingly leaned into seasonal programming to keep its dining scene feeling current across a year-round destination.

The property's core restaurants continue to anchor its culinary reputation. Il Ristorante Niko Romito holds Two Michelin stars, while Hōseki, the resort's omakase concept, holds one of its own, a genuinely rare combination for a single hotel to carry into the same guide year. Chef Romito also introduced a new concept at the Bulgari Yacht Club Restaurant built entirely around seafood and inspired by the trattorias of Italy's Adriatic Coast, while Il Caffè's SEU Pizza Illuminati was ranked 14th on the 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific 2025 Awards.
