Four Seasons Hotel DIFC, Dubai Opens KIGO, a New Omakase Restaurant

Four Seasons Hotel DIFC, Dubai opened KIGO in September 2025, a kaiseki and omakase restaurant led by Head Chef Akinori Tanigawa, bringing a serious Japanese counter experience to the Dubai International Financial Centre. The opening deepens a dining program that has become a genuine reason to visit the hotel in its own right.

That program is anchored by MINA Brasserie, the Michelin-recommended restaurant developed with Chef Michael Mina and led on-site by Executive Chef Rami Nasser, which marked the season with a truffle harvest menu in October 2025 and a series of festive lunches. On the leadership side, Federico Giovine was appointed Hotel Manager in October 2025, and the hotel earned dual recognition in the 2025 Condé Nast Traveler Readers' Choice Awards.

Set within the financial district's cluster of galleries and restaurants, the hotel has positioned itself as much around its food as its address. KIGO gives it a marquee Japanese room to sit alongside MINA, broadening the appeal of an already destination-worthy dining floor.
