The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm Keeps St. Regis Gardens' Restaurants Open Through Renovation

The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm began a phased closure of its guest rooms in mid-April 2026, with rooms unavailable for booking through the end of August, joining a broader wave of Dubai luxury hotel refurbishments that has also touched Burj Al Arab and Armani Hotel at Burj Khalifa. Rather than closing entirely, the hotel kept its full dining program open throughout, from RÜYA and Cordelia to the Dip Pool Bar and The St. Regis Bar.

The adjacent St. Regis Gardens rooftop dining destination remained the property's real draw during the renovation, anchored by Trèsind Studio, a three-Michelin-starred Indian restaurant, alongside Chez Wam, Signor Sassi, LEÑA, SMOKEDROOM, and Aretha. HANU, a modern Korean restaurant led by chef Kyung Soo Moon of SUSHISAMBA fame, opened in January 2025 and has quickly become one of the destination's most talked-about additions.

Keeping a dining destination this ambitious fully operational during a room renovation is a genuinely different strategy from a full property closure, letting the hotel maintain revenue and guest relationships even as its accommodations undergo a comprehensive refresh.
