Among the additions is a new restaurant inspired by the sun-soaked coastlines of Southern Italy, crafting authentic Italian cuisine with local Okinawan ingredients.
Set on a hillside overlooking a golf course near Nago in northern Okinawa, the resort blends Ryukyu-inspired design with contemporary luxury. New wellness experiences, including a Ryukyu Floating Sound Healing rooted in Okinawan mythology and sound, deepen its sense of place.
Okinawa's subtropical islands, distinct culture, and status as one of the world's Blue Zones set the region apart from mainland Japan. The renovation keeps the Ritz-Carlton at the forefront of the island's luxury market.
