The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore appointed Colin Tait as Director of Beverage in 2026, bringing more than two decades of international experience to the hotel's bars. A Scottish professional who helped establish the acclaimed Vesper in Bangkok and guided it onto Asia's 50 Best Bars list, Tait signals the hotel's ambition to elevate its cocktail and beverage program.

The 277-room hotel on Residency Road pairs its dining and bars with a fifth-floor Ritz-Carlton Spa offering treatments drawn from Indian and Eastern healing traditions across twelve treatment rooms. Extensive meeting space and a poolside terrace round out the property.
