Four Seasons Hotel Osaka, which opened in August 2024 with 175 rooms, received a one-key rating in the 2025 Michelin Guide for hotels, an early endorsement for a property still in its first years. The recognition reflects a hotel that arrived with serious ambitions in Japan's third-largest city.
Its dining, set on the 37th floor, spans Jiang Nan Chun, a Cantonese restaurant led by Executive Chinese Chef Raymond Wong Wai Man, and Sushi L'Abysse Osaka Yannick Alléno, which blends Alléno's French haute cuisine with the work of Sushi Chef Yasuda Itaru. In summer 2026, Jiang Nan Chun paired its Osaka and Singapore Executive Chinese Chefs for a collaborative eight-course Cantonese dinner.
Osaka has long been celebrated as Japan's kitchen, and the Four Seasons adds a polished international option to a city famous for its food. The Michelin Key confirms the hotel's arrival at the top of that market.
