Four Seasons in Asia Pacific: Every New Opening to Watch

Asia Pacific has long been home to some of the most extraordinary hotels in the Four Seasons collection, from a rice-terrace sanctuary in Bali to overwater villas in the Maldives. Now the region is gaining three notable new addresses. Here is what is on the way, and, just as important, where to book the best of Four Seasons across Asia today.

While the new hotels take shape, the existing Asia Pacific collection is as strong as anywhere in the world. In Japan, Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi floats above the city while Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto wraps around an 800-year-old pond garden. In Thailand, the riverside Four Seasons Bangkok, the beachfront Koh Samui, the jungle-set Chiang Mai and the storied Tented Camp Golden Triangle form one of the great collections in the country.

Elsewhere, Four Seasons Hong Kong and Four Seasons Singapore anchor the region's cities, Seoul and Langkawi add Korea and Malaysia, and Indonesia offers the twin Bali resorts of Sayan, above the Ayung River valley, and Jimbaran Bay on the coast. In the Maldives, the two resorts at Landaa Giraavaru and Kuda Huraa remain among the most complete island stays anywhere, the former a marine-conservation flagship.
