Four Seasons Hotel Luxor is a planned hotel of around 200 rooms and suites overlooking the Nile, with views toward the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of the Queens. Originally targeted for an earlier date, the project has been pushed to an anticipated 2027 opening, so travelers should regard its timeline as still to come.

The architecture is being designed by WATG with interiors by Wimberly Interiors, aiming to reflect the extraordinary ancient setting. Luxor stands on the site of ancient Thebes, one of the greatest cities of the ancient world, and few hotel locations anywhere carry such historical weight.

Luxor has long drawn travelers to its temples and tombs, yet it has lacked a true five-star international hotel, and a Four Seasons would fill that gap. It is one of the most anticipated luxury projects in Egypt.
