Amanruya Embarks on a New Chapter With Aman Residences, Bodrum

Amanruya, Aman's village-like retreat on Turkey's Bodrum peninsula, is embarking on a significant new chapter. The resort announced Aman Residences, Bodrum, introducing villas to own in partnership with the asset manager RePie, alongside a broad enhancement of the property that includes a new spa, beach club, restaurants, and retail.

The expanded resort and its beachfront residential villas are being designed by Denniston Architects, the studio behind the original Amanruya, with SAOTA designing the waterfront, lagoon, and forest villas. The resort is currently closed while the enhancements are carried out, and a reopening date is to be announced in due course, so it is best regarded as temporarily paused rather than bookable.

Amanruya has long been prized for its stone-cottage architecture and its quiet stretch of the Aegean coast, and the enhancement aims to deepen that appeal while adding ownership for the first time. It marks one of the more substantial investments in the resort's history.
