The St. Regis Doha Hosts the Michelin Guide Doha 2026 Unveiling

The Michelin Guide Doha 2026, the second edition since the guide's 2025 debut, was unveiled at The St. Regis Doha, spotlighting 44 restaurants across the city and bringing Doha's total Michelin-starred restaurant count to its highest ever, three. Hosting the unveiling ceremony itself put the hotel at the literal center of Qatar's fine-dining conversation for the evening.

At the ceremony, Chef Cristhian Serraino of Alba received the Young Chef Award, recognition for a career shaped by leading European kitchens. The hotel's own flagship restaurants, The Astor Grill, a signature steakhouse built around an open-kitchen chef's table, and Hakkasan, known for its handmade dumplings and Peking duck, continue to anchor the property's day-to-day dining program.
