Four Seasons Resort Lanai Opens a New Osteria Mozza by Nancy Silverton

Four Seasons Resort Lanai opened a new location of Nancy Silverton's Osteria Mozza on November 1, 2025, following a complete redesign of the space. The James Beard Award-winning chef built the menu around the island itself, drawing salads from nearby Sensei Farms and making pasta with local eggs, tying one of the most celebrated names in American-Italian cooking directly to Lanai's produce.

The resort also launched a Lanai Masters culinary series in 2026, bringing in chefs such as Christophe de Lollis of Mamani and Gaggan Anand of Bangkok for a rotating program of marquee dinners. Those additions came as the resort was named a Five-Star and a top-three hotel in the United States in Forbes Travel Guide's 2026 Star Awards.

Set along Hulopoe Bay on a nearly private island, the resort pairs some of Hawaii's most exclusive beachfront with a culinary program that now rivals any in the state. The new Osteria Mozza is its most prominent dining addition yet.
