Belmond Miraflores Park's dining program continues to run through Chef Ricardo Ehni's vision, where each dish traces the ancestral layers of Peruvian cooking alongside the international influences, Japanese, Chinese, African, Spanish, German, and Italian, that have shaped the country's cuisine over generations of immigration. It's an approach that treats Peru's culinary identity as genuinely composite rather than singular, which fits a hotel positioned squarely within Lima's most cosmopolitan neighborhood.

The bar program has its own following, anchored by award-winning bartender Fiorella Larrea, whose work has helped make the hotel's cocktail offering a destination independent of the restaurant. The all-suite property, which opened in 1996, has spent nearly three decades establishing itself as the embodiment of Miraflores's sophisticated, residential character, distinct from the more business-focused hotels closer to Lima's financial district.

The hotel is currently undergoing careful facade renovations, work intended to elevate the arrival experience without disrupting the elegant, understated exterior that has always set Miraflores Park apart from flashier competitors nearby. With 89 rooms spread across eight floors and a club-level executive lounge, the property has kept its scale intentionally intimate even as Lima's broader hotel market has grown considerably larger around it.
