The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner Gains Virginia's First Branded Residences

The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner will be joined by Virginia's first Ritz-Carlton branded residences, a project launched in October 2025 adjacent to the existing hotel. The 20-story, 102-unit tower will rise beside the hotel and Tysons Galleria, extending the brand's presence in the affluent Northern Virginia hub.

The residences will offer more than 15,000 square feet of amenities, including a rooftop lounge, private dining, a swimming pool, and full concierge and branded services, with construction slated to begin in 2026. For the hotel, the addition reinforces its role as the luxury anchor of the Tysons area.

Tysons has evolved from a suburban shopping district into a genuine urban center, and the Ritz-Carlton has long been its premier hotel, connected directly to the upscale Tysons Galleria mall. The new residences deepen the brand's roots in the community.
