The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua completed a $100 million renovation that infused its 468 guest rooms and 107 residential suites with modern sophistication, with further updates continuing into 2025. Spread across a 54-acre property on Maui's northwest coast, the resort emerged with new guest rooms, dining spaces, and transformed outdoor areas.

The redesign brought dark wood floors, marble baths, and curated local artwork, with private lanais framing ocean views. A standout is the Fire Lanai Collection, featuring Maui's only guest rooms with private firepits, giving the resort a distinctive top tier of accommodation.

Set above D.T. Fleming Beach amid the pineapple fields and golf courses of Kapalua, the resort offers a quieter side of Maui away from the busier resort strips. The renovation keeps it among the island's premier luxury addresses.
