The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island Debuts New Signature Experiences

The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island launched seven new Signature Experiences on January 15, 2026, part of a brand-wide initiative inviting guests to connect more deeply with each destination through location-specific programming. On this stretch of northeast Florida coast, that means immersions rooted in the barrier island's maritime history, marshes, and Atlantic shoreline.

The experiences build on a comprehensive renovation that brought 446 refreshed guest rooms, each with a private balcony and ocean or coastline views, a new 12,000-square-foot oceanfront ballroom, and an updated Salt restaurant. The redesigned Ritz-Carlton Spa has been named among the top spas in the world by Condé Nast Traveler readers, adding a new fitness center and private pool.

Amelia Island offers a quieter, more natural alternative to Florida's busier resort corridors, and the property makes the most of its setting. The new Signature Experiences give returning guests fresh reasons to explore beyond the beach.
