One&Only Moonlight Basin Opens as the Brand's First Ski Resort

One&Only Moonlight Basin opened in Big Sky, Montana with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in mid-November 2025, marking both One&Only's first US property and its first ski resort anywhere in the world. The 240-acre resort includes 73 guest rooms and suites, 19 cabins, 62 private homes, and 5 lodges, set within the larger 8,000-acre Moonlight Basin community.

The opening followed a phased rollout that began with One&Only Sky Lodge, a standalone ski lodge and dining hub that debuted in December 2024 as a preview of the fuller resort. A heated gondola connects the property directly to the slopes of Big Sky Resort.
