Montage Punta Mita Breaks Ground, Targeting a 2027 Opening

Montage International, working with developer DINE and LCA Capital, broke ground on Montage Punta Mita in March 2025, alongside a sister Pendry property on the same stretch of Mexico's Riviera Nayarit. The resort is planned for 145 guestrooms and 62 Montage Residences, with architecture from Bernardi + Peschard Arquitectura and interiors from Idea Asociados and Girvin Associates designed around the surrounding coastline.

The project arrives as Punta Mita marks 25 years as one of Mexico's defining luxury enclaves, a milestone the destination has celebrated with new hotel openings and expanded real estate offerings across the peninsula. Montage Punta Mita is targeting a 2027 opening.
