Masseria Torre Maizza expanded in July 2025 with the introduction of Borgo degli Ulivi, a new area of eleven rooms and suites set among the property's century-old olive groves and designed by Olga Polizzi. The addition gives the 16th-century masseria more room to grow without disturbing the core of the original building, tucking the new accommodations into the surrounding greenery rather than adding onto the historic structure itself.

The property has operated as a Rocco Forte hotel since reopening in May 2019, following a restoration that brought the historic masseria in Puglia's Savelletri di Fasano up to full five-star standard while keeping its regional character intact. A romantic sunset rooftop bar and an elegant restaurant overlooking the pool anchor the dining program, alongside amenities that include a 9-hole executive golf course, a private beach club, and a full spa.
