Four Seasons Resort and Residences Telluride is a roughly $1 billion development planned for Telluride's Mountain Village, a partnership among Four Seasons, Fort Partners, and Merrimac Ventures. Set some 800 feet above the historic town, it is billed as Telluride's and Colorado's first five-star development in 15 years, with an opening projected for late 2027.

Plans call for 52 hotel guestrooms, 43 Hotel Residences, and 26 Private Residences, positioning the project as much around branded real estate as hospitality. With construction slated to begin in the mid-2020s, the resort remains an early-stage project rather than a near-term opening.

Telluride is one of the most scenic and exclusive ski towns in the American West, yet it has lacked a true five-star hotel, and this development aims to fill that gap. It is among the most ambitious mountain projects in the Four Seasons pipeline.
