Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis Reopens a Reimagined Spa

Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis reopened a reimagined spa designed in collaboration with the Toronto studio DesignAgency, themed around the four elements of earth, water, air, and fire. The multimillion-dollar renovation began in January 2026 with a grand reopening set for May 18, giving the downtown hotel a signature wellness space to match its riverfront setting.

The hotel also welcomed Ahmed Mohammed as banqueting chef, transferring from Four Seasons Cairo, a move that strengthens the property's events and catering operation. Perched above the Mississippi near the Gateway Arch and the Lumière Place district, the hotel has long been the leading luxury address in St. Louis.

A fully reconceived spa gives guests a compelling reason to book beyond location alone, and the elemental design theme lends the space a distinct identity. The reopening marks one of the more significant investments the hotel has made in recent years.
