Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown Unveils New Full-Kitchen Suite Collections

Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown unveiled two new suite collections, The Greenwich Collection and The Trinity Collection, in March 2025, adding full-kitchen residences designed by interior architect Bill Rooney. The new accommodations suit longer stays and families, deepening the hotel's appeal in a part of Manhattan that has become a genuine residential luxury enclave.

The hotel's dining and bar program also drew recognition, with CUT by Wolfgang Puck named to Forbes Travel Guide's 2025 Star Bars list, one of only 58 hotel bars worldwide to make it. New leadership arrived as well, with Igor Morosowski joining as General Manager in June 2025, and the hotel earned a 2025 Forbes Five-Star Award and top New York honors in Condé Nast Traveler's 2025 Readers' Choice Awards.

Set in a soaring tower in TriBeCa, the hotel pairs downtown's quieter luxury with easy access to the financial district and the waterfront. The new suite collections give it a stronger offering for guests who want a residence-like stay in the neighborhood.
