Four Seasons Resort NEOM on Sindalah Island is a planned resort on a Red Sea island within Saudi Arabia's ambitious NEOM development. While some earlier marketing suggested a 2026 arrival, the most recent reporting points to an opening around 2028, with no public bookings or confirmed guest-arrival dates, so the project should be regarded as still in progress.
It is worth noting that Sindalah hosted a high-profile grand opening event in October 2024, drawing superyachts and celebrity guests, but that was an island and marina preview rather than a hotel opening. Plans for the Four Seasons call for 225 rooms and suites plus 52 villas of one to four bedrooms, with private yacht dock access for the top villa categories.
NEOM represents one of the largest tourism developments in the world, and a Four Seasons on Sindalah would be among its early luxury anchors. For now, it remains a future project rather than a bookable resort.
