Four Seasons Resort Naples, A Golf & Beach Club opened in 2025 on the site of the former Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, bringing 1,000 feet of white-sand beachfront in Old Naples under the Four Seasons name. The project revives a beloved local institution as a full-scale luxury resort, a significant addition to Florida's Gulf Coast.

The culinary program is led by two-time James Beard Award winner Chef Gavin Kaysen through his Merchant Room concept, alongside Executive Chef Fabio Quarta, whose prior Four Seasons postings span Milan, Mauritius, Kuwait, and Los Cabos, and Pastry Chef Eddy Dhenin. The 2026 pipeline adds a Wager gastropub, a 22-seat Picture House theater, a kids' club, and a reimagined Tom Fazio-designed 18-hole golf course across 100 acres.

Blending a storied local address with the brand's resources, the resort aims to be both a destination for visitors and a gathering place for the Naples community. Its beachfront setting and Kaysen-led dining give it an immediate identity on the Gulf.
