Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis Brings Back Its Rooftop Nordic Village

Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis marked its third anniversary in June 2025, three years after opening as Minnesota's only five-star-rated hotel with dining from acclaimed local chef Gavin Kaysen. In a relatively young luxury market, the hotel quickly became the reference point for high-end hospitality in the Twin Cities.

For the 2025 and 2026 winter season, the hotel brought back its rooftop Nordic Village, celebrated with an opening in November 2025, offering three tiered dining experiences across the coldest months. The concept turns a Minnesota winter into an asset rather than an obstacle, giving guests a warm, design-forward reason to head to the roof from January through February.

Overlooking the Mississippi riverfront and connected to the city's downtown core, the hotel pairs Kaysen's culinary pedigree with a genuinely local sense of place. The Nordic Village has become one of its signature seasonal draws.
