Four Seasons Hotel Milan reinterpreted its guest rooms in 2025 with designer Pierre-Yves Rochon, whose refined, cosmopolitan approach follows the 2021 refresh of the common areas by Patricia Urquiola. Set within a 15th-century former convent just off Via Montenapoleone in the heart of the fashion district, the hotel has updated its rooms while preserving the cloistered calm that defines the property.

Dining is led by Executive Chef Fabrizio Borraccino at the restaurant Zelo. Borraccino earned his first Michelin star in 2017 at a Relais & Châteaux property in Chianti before rejoining Four Seasons Milan in 2019 and relaunching the restaurant as Zelo in July 2021, giving the kitchen a genuine fine-dining pedigree behind its seasonal Italian cooking.

Few Milan hotels can claim a setting as historic or a location as central, and the Rochon-designed rooms bring the accommodations in line with the hotel's storied architecture. The result is a property that feels both deeply Milanese and quietly contemporary.
