Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita Completes Its Largest-Ever Renovation

Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita reopened on November 1, 2025 after the most significant renovation in its history, a seven-month project marking its first major transformation since opening 16 years earlier. Led by the design firm 1508 London, the work touched all rooms, suites, and villas as well as the spa, giving the east-coast resort a comprehensive refresh.

The renovation added a new overwater spa with a Royal Spa Suite, and the firm Elastic created eight new food and beverage venues, including the Japanese omakase Awase, the seafood restaurant Ti Pwason, and the Indian tandoor Angara. All stays now include complimentary rounds at either the Ernie Els-designed Anahita Golf Club or the Bernhard Langer-designed course on Île aux Cerfs.

Set on a lagoon along Mauritius's eastern shore, the resort pairs villa-style accommodation with two championship golf courses and a strong culinary program. The renovation brings the whole property up to the standard of its setting.
