Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea Debuts a New Maile Presidential Suite Mid-Renovation

Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea is mid-way through a resort-wide renovation led by design firm Meyer Davis, running from March 2025 through June 2026. The project includes 26 redesigned rooms and suites and a reimagined Club Lounge, whose new Club Floor debuted in May 2026, along with the new three-bedroom Maile Presidential Suite.

The renovation extends outdoors and into wellness too. A new Spa & Wellness Centre, featuring a hyperbaric chamber and a co-ed Aquathermal experience, is set to open July 1, 2026. The resort also unveiled Queen's Garden, a cultural sanctuary honoring Queen Lili'uokalani, giving the property a dedicated space for Hawaiian cultural programming alongside its physical renovation.

Running a renovation of this scope across more than a year, while keeping the resort open to guests throughout, reflects a property investing deliberately in both its physical spaces and its cultural grounding at the same time. For returning guests, each phase has brought something genuinely new rather than a simple refresh.
