Four Seasons Hotel Houston Completes a Renovation for Its 40th Anniversary

Four Seasons Hotel Houston completed a multi-year, multimillion-dollar renovation coinciding with its 40th anniversary, refreshing all 289 guest rooms and 103 suites along with the lobby, spa, and fitness center. The work also introduced new outlets Bayou and Bottle and Bayou and Bean, modernizing the public spaces of a hotel that has anchored downtown Houston for four decades.

Dining is led by Toro Toro, the Pan-Latin steakhouse from Chef Richard Sandoval, who was named Restaurateur of the Year by Bon Appétit, giving the hotel a signature restaurant with real name recognition. In January 2026, the property was named by U.S. News among the best hotels in the country for the fifth straight year.

Connected to the downtown tunnel system and close to the theater district and stadiums, the hotel has long been Houston's leading luxury address. The renovation ensures its rooms and amenities match the reputation it has built over 40 years.
