Four Seasons Resort and Residences Deer Valley Rises in Utah's East Village

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Deer Valley is under construction as the anchor of Deer Valley's new East Village, an expansion of one of North America's most celebrated ski resorts. Developer Extell closed a $600 million construction loan in July 2025, reported as the largest construction loan in Utah history for a hotel and residential project, underscoring the scale of the undertaking.

The development is planned for 134 guest rooms and suites plus 123 private residences ranging from roughly 1,200 to 7,000 square feet, with completion expected by 2028. As of mid-2025, 60 percent of the hotel residences had already sold, a strong signal of demand for branded luxury real estate in the Wasatch mountains.

Deer Valley is expanding significantly, and a Four Seasons would give the resort a top-tier hospitality anchor. Given the 2028 timeline, the project remains firmly in the future for now.
