Four Seasons Resort and Residences Caye Chapel, Belize is billed as the first private-island Four Seasons in the Western Hemisphere, spread across a 280-acre island along the Belize Barrier Reef. The resort is on track to open in 2026, though the exact date remains to be confirmed, so it is best treated as an anticipated debut.

Plans call for a 104-room hotel alongside private beach homes, with a cenote-inspired Four Seasons Spa blending Yucatán design with Mayan-inspired treatments. The island is also set to feature an 18-hole golf course designed by Greg Norman with Lorena Ochoa, a Fabien Cousteau nature and conservation institute, a marina, and a private airstrip.

Belize's barrier reef is the largest in the Northern Hemisphere and a magnet for divers, and a private-island Four Seasons would give the country a landmark luxury address. It is among the most distinctive Caribbean projects in the brand's pipeline.
