Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore announced a multi-phase renovation in late 2025, led by the Boston-based firm Parker-Torres Design, covering all guest rooms and suites along with the ballrooms and public spaces. The design theme draws on Inner Harbor color palettes and incorporates work by local artists, tying the refresh to the waterfront setting the hotel is known for.

The waterfront and events phase, framed around a Waterfront Luxury concept, was slated for completion in the first quarter of 2026, signaling a project that moves in stages rather than closing the hotel outright. Set in the Harbor East district with sweeping views over the marina, the hotel has been one of Baltimore's few genuine luxury addresses since it opened.

By refreshing both the rooms and the meeting spaces, the renovation positions the hotel to compete for the high-end leisure and group business that anchors its market. The Inner Harbor-inspired design keeps the update grounded in a strong sense of place.
