Coworth Park spent 2025 rethinking two of the countryside estate's core experiences at once. In June, the resort launched a fully reimagined spa built around a slower, more intuitive approach to wellness, with new wet facilities that include a poolside thermal experience, a Finnish sauna, a citrine-lined steam room, and a snow shower. It is a genuinely ambitious wellness build for a property already known for its polo fields more than its spa.

On the accommodations side, British designer Martin Hulbert reworked the Stable Rooms, Stable Suites, and Cottages with interiors drawn from the English countryside and its wildflower meadows, and added private terraces and landscaped gardens that connect the rooms more directly to the surrounding parkland. It's the kind of renovation that reads less like a redesign and more like the rooms finally catching up to how good the setting around them already was.

Dining remains one of the property's quieter strengths, anchored by Woven, the estate's Michelin-starred restaurant under chef Adam Smith, and The Barn for heartier, more casual British cooking. Between the new spa, the redesigned rooms, and a working polo ground on-site, Coworth Park continues to make a strong case as the most complete countryside escape within reach of London.
