The Beverly Hills Hotel Adds Five New Spaces, Including a Ken Fulk-Designed Supper Club

The Beverly Hills Hotel is opening its first significant expansion in decades this fall, a project six years in the making that adds five new public spaces to the Pink Palace's footprint. The additions include a supper club and luxury dining destination, a cocktail bar with an outdoor terrace, an indoor-outdoor lounge, a screening room, and a private dining room, all designed by American designer Ken Fulk as creative director.

Fulk's approach leans into the hotel's existing theatrical identity rather than working against it, layering in his own richly detailed aesthetic while keeping the spirit that has made the hotel a fixture of Los Angeles social life for over a century. It's a careful line to walk for a building this recognizable, and the six-year development timeline suggests just how much thought went into getting the balance right before breaking ground.

The expansion arrives alongside a Three MICHELIN Key award the hotel earned together with sister property Hotel Bel-Air, plus a year-long art exhibition project developed with Ackerman Studios and CURA Art that puts emerging and established Los Angeles artists on display across both properties. Between the new supper club and the ongoing art program, the hotel is clearly angling to be a genuine evening destination again, not just a place people stay.
