Belmond Cap Juluca earned Two MICHELIN Keys in October 2025, part of a genuinely historic moment for Anguilla's tourism industry as three of the island's leading resorts were recognized together in the guide's newly launched Key awards. The two-Key rating reflects excellence across design, service, character, value, and community contribution, a broader set of criteria than Michelin's traditional restaurant stars.

Executive Chef Andy Gaskin continues to oversee a dining program spanning Caribbean and international cuisine, and the resort has leaned into guest chef programming in recent seasons, including a residency from vegan chef Chloe Coscarelli as part of the Culinary Shores series. A new spa developed in partnership with Guerlain debuted in spring, giving the resort a genuinely elevated wellness offering to match its Michelin recognition.

Spread along Maundays Bay on Anguilla's western tip, Cap Juluca has always leaned on its Moorish-inspired architecture and pure white-sand setting as much as any single amenity. The Michelin Key, arriving alongside recognition for sister properties Four Seasons and Malliouhana on the same island, suggests Anguilla's luxury hotel scene has reached a genuinely new level of international attention.
