Aman Dubai broke ground in April 2026 on the Jumeirah 2 beachfront, bringing the brand's serene, understated style to one of the city's most prestigious coastal addresses, adjacent to the Four Seasons Resort. With a resort of this scale only breaking ground in 2026, the targeted 2027 opening is best treated as an ambition rather than a certainty.

The all-suite resort is planned around a 350-metre private beach, with roughly 80 to 100 suites alongside 82 Aman branded residences and a private Aman Club. The club is envisioned as a substantial wellness facility spanning thousands of square metres, with a spa, a movement studio, and indoor and outdoor racquet courts.

Dubai's luxury hotel scene is crowded, but Aman's emphasis on privacy and calm offers a distinct counterpoint to the city's more maximalist properties. A beachfront Aman would be a notable addition to the emirate's ultra-luxury landscape.
