Book 45 Park Lane
CUT arrived on Park Lane in 2011 and immediately rewired London's ideas about what a steakhouse could be. Wolfgang Puck's approach is unabashedly American — aged prime beef, dramatic presentation, bold flavours — but refined through a European sensibility that suits its Mayfair address.
The steaks are the story: dry-aged Nebraska Corn Fed and Japanese Wagyu, cooked over a 1200°F broiler and finished in a wood-burning oven. Alongside sit plates of truffle-laced bone marrow, hand-cut fries, and a lobster bisque of uncommon depth.
The room — all warm woods, art-lined walls, and a long pewter bar — makes CUT as much a destination for cocktails and late-night dining as for formal celebration. The Michelin star arrived quietly; the buzz never left.
