Arabesque is The Ritz-Carlton Maldives' sunset table, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern small plates, a raw bar, and a shisha lounge facing the lagoon.

The small plates format encourages sharing across the table, hummus and mezze alongside fresh oysters and Maldivian seafood, and the lounge seating spills onto low sofas that face directly into the sunset. It works as well for a full dinner as it does for a slower evening of drinks and shisha after the sun goes down.
