Vivendo serves traditional Italian and Mediterranean dishes in a sophisticated dining room, one of the St. Regis Rome's grand, Belle Époque spaces just off the hotel's central salon.

The kitchen leans on classic Roman and coastal Italian technique rather than a heavily reinvented menu, letting the frescoed ceilings and gilded detailing of the room itself do a lot of the work. It's a quieter, more formal counterpoint to Lumen, the hotel's all-day restaurant and cocktail bar.
