St. Hubertus

St. Hubertus is one of the most important restaurants in the Italian Alps — Norbert Niederkofler holds three Michelin stars here, and his Cook the Mountain philosophy means the menu is entirely built around the Dolomites' landscape, seasons, and traditions. Nothing comes from outside the region.

The restaurant is open to non-hotel guests but books far in advance. The tasting menu runs to ten or more courses and typically requires three or more hours. The wine cellar, focused on Alto Adige producers, is exceptional.
