Cip's Club

Cip's Club is the informal side of Hotel Cipriani — a waterside terrace restaurant that spills down toward the hotel's private dock, with speedboats idling past and a view straight back across the lagoon to San Marco. This is the place for a Bellini (the hotel claims this one too) and a long lunch of pasta and grilled fish.

The vibe is relaxed but the cooking is careful. Come for the Venetian spritz hour, stay for the pasta.
