Arva is tucked into the lower floors of Palazzo Papadopoli — a small, frescoed dining room that opens onto the palazzoʼs private garden in summer. The kitchen draws on the Veneto's exceptional larder: lagoon seafood, Treviso radicchio, Soave wines, and handmade pasta that changes with the season.

The garden setting, rare private green space in central Venice, makes this one of the best warm-weather tables in the city. In winter, the candlelit interior rooms are equally compelling.
