Le Tout-Paris is the more relaxed, all-day version of Cheval Blanc Paris, a wraparound terrace over the Seine, and a menu of brasserie classics done very well.

Breakfast on the terrace, with the Pont Neuf and the tip of the Île de la Cité laid out in front of you, is one of the better ways to start a morning in the city, and the kitchen keeps the classics honest: proper steak tartare, a well-made croque monsieur, and a raw bar that draws Parisians as much as hotel guests.
