Le Pavillon keeps things simple, grilled fish, big salads, cold rosé, and a pool to fall back into between courses.

Service runs from late morning through the afternoon, and the umbrella pines shading the terrace mean it stays comfortable even at the height of summer. It is the kind of lunch that is meant to slow the day down rather than punctuate it, and the kitchen is happy to keep courses coming as slowly as the table wants them.
