Le Dali is named for Salvador Dalí, who was a regular guest at Le Meurice, and the restaurant's ceiling bears his unmistakable imprint — a surrealist mural that makes the brasserie one of the most visually striking rooms in Paris.
The menu is dependably Parisian: croissants and eggs in the morning, tartare and sole meunière at lunch, and cocktails from mid-afternoon. It's a reliable, all-hours room that doesn't need the kitchen to justify a visit.
