La Grande Ourse is the flagship dining room of Airelles Val d'Isère — a cavernous, beautifully lit chalet space with views up toward the Pisaillas glacier. The menu takes alpine ingredients — mountain cheese, smoked meats, winter vegetables — and elevates them without losing their character.
