Koori

Koori is one of the Alps' better Japanese restaurants — a small, precise dining room at L'Apogée where the sushi counter is worth sitting at and the yakitori program is stronger than most. The omakase format works well here; the kitchen sources fish from Japan and Brittany, and the quality of the raw materials shows.

For a ski resort Japanese restaurant, the level of seriousness is notable. Book early in the season.
