114 Faubourg is Le Bristol's answer to the question of where to eat when you don't want a three-hour tasting menu — a genuinely excellent brasserie that operates at a slightly faster register than Epicure without sacrificing kitchen standards.
The menu is reliably Parisian: veal blanquette, roasted chicken, a lobster bisque that gets better every winter, and a lunch prix-fixe that represents some of the best value on the Faubourg Saint-Honoré.
